Berlin's Martin Gropius Bau Museum has opened an ambitious retrospective centring on Anish Kapoor and the poetic sculptures he has created throughout his 30 year career, which have presently made him one of the world's most coveted living artists. The collection's main attraction is "Symphony for a Beloved Stud", a creation consisting in four conveyer belts carrying blocks of red wax aimed at the museum's glass dome. Once the blocks arrive at the end of the belts they fall to the floor below. The center piece, made especially for the occasion, is only one of many works of art distributed throughout the museum. Other important pieces include: "Shooting into the corner", "1st Body", and "The Death of the Leviathan".
