Two Dutch artists are trying to help revive one of the worst neighborhoods in the United States: Germantown in Philadelphia. It's plagued by drugs, murders, poverty and violence. Artists Dre Urhahn and Jeroen Koolhaas are painting the buildings on the main street in a myriad of colors. The goal of the Philly Painting project is to revive the neighborhood and turn a new historic landmark. Before this, the duo spent six years working on Favela Painting in Rio de Janeiro.
