Fashion Festivals in France

In France, two international festivals celebrate the world of fashion. At Dinard in Brittany and in Hyères, in the south of France. At Dinard the atmosphere is vaudeville while at Hyères it was more like a Shakespearean drama. But both cites are adamant about defending the creative process at the heart of fashion. While in Switzerland at the annual Baselworld watch fair it is the time honored tradtion of watch making.
