The tallest building in the Europe Union-- The Shard -- is now completed and stands at over 308 meters into the sky. However, there's been controversy surrounding the Shard project from day one. Is The Shard a blot on London's skyline or an imposing landmark? The architect and the developer of the Shard have responded to critics.
