Following the first animated teaser for Netflix show Jessica Jones, a second special preview has emerged online.
The clip, which has been published on a Spanish Facebook page dedicated to the series, is live-action this time, but again doesn't give much away about the Marvel comic book adaptation.
Take a look:
It features the titular hero lying face down in bed and crushing an alarm with her bare hand after it starts playing 70s pop song Loving You.
And while the teaser doesn't even show lead actress Krysten Ritter's face, it is very funny and demonstrates the tone of the show nicely.
Jessica Jones is just one of many Marvel produced shows which will appear on streaming service Netflix, including Daredevil and Luke Cage. All the shows will share the same universe and involve a crossover of characters called The Defenders.
Jones, who first appeared in Marvel Comics series Alias back in 2001, is a superhero turned New York detective who possesses incredible strength and an ability to fly.
The cast for the 13 episode series is impressive featuring Rachael Taylor (Transformers) as Jessica's best friend Trish Walker aka Hellcat, Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix) as Jones ally Harper, and popular former Doctor Who, David Tennant as villain Kilgrave, aka, Purple Man.
Luke Cage actor Mike Colter will also make appearances as well as Rosario Dawson who will reprise her role as Claire Temple from Daredevil.
Jessica Jones debuts on Netflix on November 20th – here is an official synopsis:
Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need… especially if they’re willing to cut her a check.
